He has published the books “The art of lying” (Difácil, 2013) and “Roudos de gato” (Efeeme, 2015), the latter a compilation of his articles on music in Diario El Comercio.

He has also written chapters of the collective books “Rock around Spain. History, industry, scenes and media” (University of Lleida, 2013) and “Bitch, she's Madonna. The queen of pop in contemporary culture” (Dos Bigotes, 2018).

Ha prologued the books “I Screamed One Night! Anthology of live albums of Spanish pop-rock (1964-2014)”, by Gabriel Abril (Milenio, 2015), “La pelota ye-ye: Modernity and rebellion in Spanish football, 1965-1973”, by Fernando Cuesta (Rema y Vive, 2016', “Río Elvis: A folk odyssey” by Adrián Esbilla (Rema y Vive, 2017), “Rock 'n' Roll: the rhythm that changed the world”, by Adrián Vogel (Akal Ediciones, 2018 ) shared with Miguel Rios and in the book Carlos H. Vázquez, “Jorge Martínez. Illegal Conversations” (Editorial Efeeme, 2019) shared with Andres Calamaro and Jesús Ordovás.

presented The night of the books in 2019 in Madrid's Plaza del Sol, as well as Santiago Auserón's doctoral thesis (“Arte Sonora. In the sources of Hellenic thought.”) at the FeLiX in Gijón in 2022 and explains musical cinema in the Cinefranca cycle (Villafranca del Bierzo ).

He is part of the editorial board of Revista Líbero where he writes about sports and music. He was also a columnist for Brand (2014-2017) and Ace Diary (2019-2023) specialized in women's soccer. Not in vain, in the video clip “Pasos de baile” appears Vero Boquete (former captain of the Spanish team and European champion with the German Frankfurt) as a guest of honor.

He has given talks at the Universities of Alicante (“Covers: Culture, youth and rebellion”), Baeza (“Authenticity, styles and genres in urban music”), Coimbra (“The role of the mass media in the creation and diffusion of multiple meanings in stadiums and football fields”), Burgos (“Rock Literatures”), Santander (“Literary echoes in Spanish pop-rock”) or in the summer courses “Els juliols” at the University of Barcelona (“Santa Coloma School of rock”).

He also participated in the summer courses of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Autonomous University of Madrid within the cycle “Music, power and social transformation” (“What is rock for?”).

From 2011 to 2017 he was a professor at the University Extension Pop-Rock Music Classroom from the University of Oviedo.

He regularly collaborates on the program “Sofá Sonoro” and was in charge of the musical section of “De Buenas a Primeras” also on Cadena SER.

At the end of the year, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary, “The Art of Lying” is reissued with a different cover and two new prologues.
